Jhaset Alfonso Jiron Garcia Professional Experience January 2012 – December 2014 | Customer Service Supervisor For Capital One Bank / Sitel Nicaragua S.A Our Functions consisted in the assistance of Capital One customers, regarding personal and business credit cards. Duties included engaging with customers to identify our customers’ requests, inquiries, and issues in order to resolve them with the highest quality in customer Service. Such tasks consisted in the processing of payments, releasing holds, escalating disputes and managing personal and sensitive information.
