I've been working in the BPO Industry for almost 2 years where I handled different accounts. I handled inbound and outbound calls for sales and service. Because of working in the industry, I learned to use different types of tools including Salesforce, Salesmsg, Hubspot, Zoiper and Microsoft Suites. I learned how to work under pressure and without less supervision. I know how to understand different attitude on the calls and I know how to make the customers feels like I'm not selling anything instead I'm here to help.

I also worked with different industries for sales including Auto, health and home insurance, Real Estate, Agriculture, and Education.

I'm an easy to learn person so everything that will help me improve in working and in my career I always grab it.

I'm also good with communication skills because I've learned a lot from my previous company and jobs so I can easily converse with the customers.

I really believed that in helping and providing service to customer is crucial because you have to have a heart of someone who they can rely on.

I am after for the job and experience and I'm always excited to learn and will be willing to work anytime.
