My first job was with Bluebean, Inc. as a customer service representative. My main tasks were handling and managing inbound and outbound calls to address customers’ complaints, accounts, and troubleshooting. I enjoyed working as a customer service representative because the positive feedback I received motivated me to keep improving my skills. Unfortunately, I had to stop working due to a sensitive pregnancy, so I decided to resign. I now have a 3-month-old baby, and I want to make up for the time I lost by applying as a virtual assistant. I want to gain experience and build as many connections as possible since I have decided to work remotely from now on.
