I am a highly creative and adaptable Virtual Assistant with a strong background in both the creative arts and administrative support. My professional journey began in the world of independent filmmaking, where I wrote, directed, and produced several short films. This experience taught me how to bring big ideas to life, manage teams under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and think outside the box—skills that continue to serve me well in the virtual assistance space.

My transition into the customer support industry allowed me to sharpen my communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. I worked with telecommunications and home security accounts, handling inbound calls related to data entry, billing inquiries, and payments. These roles required a high level of attention to detail, patience, and the ability to multitask efficiently—all of which I carried into my VA work.

As a Virtual Assistant, I supported a real estate brokerage where I initially worked as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, I managed listing documents, ensured compliance with real estate regulations, and coordinated with multiple stakeholders to streamline closings. My performance and initiative eventually led me to take on additional responsibilities as the company’s Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager. I created marketing materials, managed content calendars, and helped build the brand's presence across digital platforms—using tools like Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
