I'm a graduate of Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management. I also earned extra units in professional education where I earned my license as a professional teacher.
I am currently employed by the government of the Philippines specifically by the department of education as an administrative officer where my main responsibilities revolve around HR processes such as recruitment, employees' salaries & benefits, payroll processing, record management, data management, and personnel administration. Aside from these, I also provide administrative support to the head of our organization by handling his emails and other communication channels, creating reports, and scheduling his appointments.
I also have a background as a catering assistant, a teacher, a chat support representative and a front desk receptionist. Although I am a new bud in the virtual world, I believe that my experiences in these various fields of work equipped me with the basic and necessary skills a virtual assistant must have.
