I have worked for one of the biggest telecommunications company in the Philippines, the Philippine Long Distant Company (PLDT). I have been part of the HR Department and assigned to supervise individuals to ensure smooth processes of the Recruitment Flows. I specialized in planning and implementing new ideas to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the system. Recruiting might be time-consuming, thus, to run it smoothly is a big help to the company.

Currently, I am working with KTM Trading, wherein we offer different construction materials in the region. I supervise all of its business activities from sales, marketing, logistics, supply chain up to the workforce.
