My career began in customer service, where I handled a wide range of responsibilities including technical troubleshooting, product guidance, account support, refunds, and customer retention. Working directly with customers taught me the importance of patience, empathy, and clear communication. Alongside my support background, I also worked as a full-time independent contractor in photo editing and graphic design. I specialize in real estate photo editing, HDR blending, color correction, sky and grass enhancement, object removal, and overall image improvement. I have collaborated with photographers, marketing teams, and international clients—particularly in Australia—where fast turnaround, accuracy, and attention to detail were essential. This creative background strengthened my ability to manage deadlines, follow detailed guidelines, and consistently produce high-quality visual content.
