I am a dedicated and adaptable professional with a diverse background in education and customer service. I began my career as a Mathematics Teacher, where I spent two years developing my skills in instruction, communication, and student engagement. In this role, I was responsible for delivering lessons, simplifying complex mathematical concepts, and creating a positive learning environment that encouraged students to grow academically and build confidence in their abilities. My experience in teaching helped me become patient, detail-oriented, and effective in explaining information in a clear and structured manner.

After the pandemic, I transitioned into the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry, where I further enhanced my communication and problem-solving skills. I handled customer interactions related to insurance and healthcare benefits, focusing on claims explanation and assisting clients in understanding their coverage. This included medical, dental, and life benefits, where accuracy and clarity were essential in ensuring customer satisfaction. I learned how to handle inquiries professionally, manage concerns with empathy, and provide reliable information in a fast-paced environment.

In addition to customer support, I also gained experience as part of an Admin Advantage team. In this role, I handled enrollment processes and eligibility updates, ensuring that member information was accurate and up to date. This required strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently with sensitive data. I became proficient in managing administrative tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
