I am currently working in a Cooperative. I am the Collection/RMU clerk where the duties and responsibilities includes the following:

• Data entry

We have a monthly report of collection where we input the accurate data to balance the daily transaction of the branch.

-Negotiation Skills

As a collection clerk we must know how to negotiate members. We settle deliquent accounts, we offer remedies and give a solutions to their problems.

-Communication Skills

-Expert in exel, word

-Social Media Marketing

I study also SMM and have certificate, I have an idea of Facebook Ads, managing Tiktok accounts, twitter etc.
