I have nearly six years of experience in customer service, technical support, and cold calling, working with both local and U.S.-based companies. I started my career at Qualfon Cebu as a Tier 2 Customer Service Representative, where I handled escalated customer issues, billing concerns, and provided real-time solutions. That role taught me how to stay calm under pressure and communicate effectively, even in high-stress situations.

After that, I joinedTeleperformance and spent four years as a Technical Support Representative for a major telecommunications client in the U.S. I provided support for internet, cable, and phone services—troubleshooting technical issues and walking customers through solutions. I often took the lead on the floor when supervisors weren’t available, supporting teammates and ensuring service quality. That experience sharpened my problem-solving skills and boosted my confidence in handling complex technical inquiries.

Most recently, I worked at Smart Apartment Data as a Cold Caller and Data Research Agent. I was responsible for reaching out to property managers, realtors, and leasing offices to verify and update information in the company’s CRM system. It required persistence, attention to detail, and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone. I became very comfortable handling outbound calls and managing accurate records under tight deadlines.

Throughout my career, I’ve developed strong communication and multitasking skills, and I’m confident using CRM tools and other support platforms. Whether it’s resolving a tech issue or verifying property data, I always focus on delivering professional, efficient, and customer-centered service.
