I have 5 years of experience in Customer Support in a variety of fields including medical & law enforcement offices, and most recently in completely remote positions as a Metadata Writer and Transcriptionist. I have a university degree in Psychology, and training as a conflict counselor.
I can provide email, live chat, and phone support for your company and will do everything I can to make sure that both your team and your customers are happy with the service received. I am not satisfied until I know I have done the job correctly and made my customers happy. I have a working proficiency in Spanish, and experience quickly learning and adapting to online platforms.
