I am responsible for doing the client's administrative tasks, creating graphic designs using Canva, managing social media accounts, testing and scheduling email marketing campaigns, managing online booking calendars & scheduling meetings, data entry and file management, CRM database management, and basic video creation and editing.
I am responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support by helping customers with complaints and questions, giving customers information about products and services, taking orders, and process returns. I am responsible for processing orders, forms, applications, and requests and keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
