Jessica Power

I’m Jessica, an operations and people leader with deep experience building and scaling remote-first organizations. Over the past decade, I’ve worked across three fully remote agencies, where I built and scaled HR, people operations, and core operating systems from the ground up (often as a team of one) partnering closely with founders and leadership teams as the business grew.

Alongside people and operations, I’ve been trained in digital marketing and paid advertising, with hands-on experience across the full funnel — from lead generation and acquisition through conversion, retention, and optimization. That background allows me to design people, process, and operational systems that are tightly aligned with how the business actually grows and generates revenue.

My foundation as a former national-level athlete (2008 & 2012 Olympic Trials) shapes how I work: disciplined execution, steady judgment under pressure, and a strong bias toward doing the fundamentals well. I’m known for bringing structure to ambiguity, building practical systems that teams actually use, and supporting leaders and teams through growth, change, and complex decisions.

I’m deeply invested in thoughtful leadership and continuous learning, reading/podcasting widely across business, psychology, and operations. Influenced by frameworks like Radical Candor, I believe the best organizations pair clarity and accountability with genuine care. I do my best work creating environments where people can perform at a high level — with systems that are clear, fair, and built to scale.
