I have worked in the customer service industry both virtual and in office for over 10 years. I have worked at varied levels to include trainer, team lead (supervisor), executive assistant, sales officer, quality analyst and also customer service representative. I am very determined, self motivated, have great communication skills and very hard working. I have a passion for the customer service industry. I have great listening and empathetic skills and I also enjoy writing and trying to assist as best as I can.
