As a customer service and sales professional with over 4 years of BPO experience as an operations supervisor and trainer, I have worked closely with all sorts of customers, company executives and clients. Administrative tasks such as handling and overcoming customer objections, developing and supervising customer service and sales associates, managing schedules and coverage, responding to emails, creating business reports are only some deliverables I do on a regular basis.
