BEFORE
Sproutware started in ClickUp during its early days, when
the founder had time to design a custom setup. As the
business grew, the system became overwhelming. Logging
in was stressful, and she fell back on sticky notes and
memory just to keep things moving.
AFTER
We built a simple, scalable Asana workspace that covers every
corner of the business: operations, client delivery, marketing, and
team management.
Each workflow was mapped to daily, weekly, monthly, and
quarterly cycles, fully assigned, documented, and automated. Key
boards included:
