I have more than a year of outbound calling experience in a corporate office mainly focused on verifying customers information to be transferred to our debt collector specialist in the U.S. I also worked as a Customer Service Rep in an Airline account handling inbound calls, answering and resolving customer concerns about their flight reservations.
