I have been in the customer service industry for almost four years. Within this period, I honed my skills in different aspects such as handling customer complaints, technical assistance, customer retention, and also my computer skills. I am experienced in using Microsoft Office Tools such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel. I also handled upselling for mobile phones when I worked as an Order Support Representative for a US Telecommunications company. These will come handy in any concern that your customers may have. I believe that answering questions is one thing but providing a great experience is another.

The first company that I have worked with deals with Credit Card Application and Maintenance for an Australian bank. We speak with internal clients such as Bank Tellers, Personal Bankers and Bank Managers. Our goal is to retain our customers by providing products suitable to their lifestyle and needs.

I was a collections and Order Support representative on the second company I have worked with. We are responsible for collecting balances that are overdue for more than 60 days. At this point customers would have their phone lines disconnected so we also had to deal with complaints and objections.For Order Support, we had incentives for upselling an additional product that the company offers aside from phones and I would always get the highest incentive among my teammates.

My most recent job experience is for an Australian utility company that offers electricity and gas to customers. We deal with account maintenance enquiries ,payments, and power and gas interruptions. I was also upskilled to take complaints as a Customer Solutions consultant which is basically Tier 2 of our Customer Service Department. I also did training and facilitation, as an apprentice Trainer, for new products and process updates that were launched.

Transcribing and technical writing are also some of my skills. I pay attention to details and use those as one of my cards when it comes to providing the proper resolution. "What matters" to every customer is my priority.
