I was a BPO employee for 5 years. I've been a front line customer care associate for 3 years and had positions as a trainer for new hire classes and an Operations Supervisor. Handled T- Mobile USA Prepaid and Postpaid Services specialized in Customer Care, Sales, Technical Assistance, Billing and Financial Care.Being a Coach for a very dynamic account, I was able to understand how imperative it is for a business to look after the customers' needs and make sure to be true to promises otherwise, customers will leave and the business will suffer. Results- oriented and very much eager to learn new things. Fast learner and can work under minimum supervision. I can only work for upto 4 or 5 hrs/day since I'm just looking for part time positions but if there's a deadline I need to meet, rest assured that I will give my 100 % commitment and laser focus to finish the job. Also had a home based experience as a Lead Verifier/ Sales agent but cannot commit for a full time position that's why I had to let go of the job .
