My last work was a Loan Originator for a US based online loan company for about 16 months. Aside from being a Loan Originator, I would act as a team support to my teammates. And when we have new hires I'm usually given the task of training them. Before working as a Loan Originator, I also worked with Amazon for 8 months as a Customer Service Representative. My usual task are doing inbound and outbound calls to customers regarding with their orders, payments or delivery updates.
