Helping people has always been something I enjoy whether it’s solving a problem, organizing someone’s day, or simply making things easier behind the scenes. With nearly 13 years of experience in customer service and sales, I’ve learned that small tasks done well can make a big impact.
I spent 7 years working as a sales associate, where I gained a deep understanding of how to connect with people, listen to their needs, and offer real solutions. It wasn’t just about selling it was about creating trust and lasting relationships. That experience shaped the way I work today: focused, patient, and driven to deliver results.
In March of this year, I began a new chapter as a licensed financial advisor with Pru Life UK. It’s a role that allows me to help people plan for their future and make confident financial decisions. Even though I’m still new in this field, I’ve found it incredibly rewarding and aligned with my values of care, support, and service.
Now, I’m bringing all of that experience into the world of virtual assistance. I specialize in tasks like calendar and email management, client follow-ups, admin support, and simple data entry. I’m comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Monday.com, Trello, Click Up, Calendly, Zoom, Canva and Microsoft Office and I’m always willing to learn new platforms that suit your business.
