I am a virtual assistant with a working experience of almost 15years. I used to work in a BPO company started as an associate and was promoted as a Supervisor. I am an expert in customer service industry and real estate. I graduated in 2020 with honors of Bachelor of Arts in English. I catered American and Australian clients in the past. I used to be an Operations Supervisor in a BPO Company based in the US handled collections and billing. I worked in a call center for 8 years and started my Virtual Assistant journey in 2019. My first client was in a real estate company in Australia. I worked with different Property Managers and helped the team process applications, create CMA report and lease renewals and rent reviews. In 2020, I was hired by a CEO in a real estate based in California as an Executive Assistant where in I did daily reports, calendar and email management. I also did cold calling and circle prospecting. I did appointment setting for my client for leads who might want to sell their home. I am a positive person with determination and integrity. I live with my son and I have a small office at home wherein I can work quietly and productively. I am looking for a long term opportunity where I can share the best practices that I learned in the past and learn new things that can help me develop make me a more efficient employee.
