Jessa Maduro

I'm currently working as a Content Moderator, and before that, I was in customer service for a few years handling calls, emails, and chat support. I’ve also been working part-time as a Virtual Assistant for a property management company—doing outbound calls, guest messaging, and listing properties on Airbnb.

I’ve been working from home for a while now, and I really enjoy it because it helps me stay focused and manage my time well. Outside of work, I’m a homebody—I love watching series, and sometimes I enjoy coffee shop hopping around the area to unwind.
