Communicating with them through email if they are in need of clarifications and organizing their day-to-day tasks. Also, a big part of my role is reconciling their everyday expenses in Chrome River Expense or Peoplesoft and submitting expense reports. I have been a Recruiter for 3 years doing the full-circle process of recruitment.
