First was with Lovo marketing which we are generating leads using sales dialer and zoiper. I call customers to inform about the product(cctv cameras) and what are the benefits of it. I was a team player generating 4 to 6 leads per day and transfer it to our closer. And get incentives in each sales. Second was with IBEX Global Philippines in partnership with AT&T. My account their was u-verse blue. i take calls to provide customer service and up selling their product such as home phone, mobile phones and internet services. I also handle new connect customers availing the product promotion. Selling, up selling & providing the best customer service made me one of the team player receiving incentives.Third was with VXI Davao, also customer service and selling DTV's. REsolving customers concern on their DTV's and providing best resolution and checking for the opportunity upselling their packages. Calling new customers for the new connect DTV's. IN which i received incentives for selling 7-8 DTV's per month and up selling for those with opportunity.
