Job Description:
The Assistant Restaurant Manager 1 is responsible for the development and achievement of the
store Business Goals i.e. sales and profitability targets, food safety, customer and food-servicecleanliness satisfaction. He is also responsible for the development and morale of his store team
and adherence of business operating system.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Set and achieve store sales and growth targets while developing sales strategies and
marketing plans with the team.
• Streamlined administrative processes using Google Sheets and MS Office tools,
enhancing team efficiency and document management.
• Human Resources Role — Responsible for recruiting and hiring, conducting employee
training, processing payroll, and creating work schedules.
• Establish and meet store profitability goals.
• Ensures that FSC (Food, Service and Cleanliness) standards and processes are effectively
implemented.
• Monitors and tracks FSC feedback, assessment and audit results.
• Responsible for the store Profitability, Cost (both variable and fixed) then Productivity,
budget preparation and performance analysis.
• Strengthen team skill sets by delivering and executing targeted training and development
programs.
• Define and implement Safety and Security Programs, Conducts Safety and Security
Audits.
• Manage store crisis situations and handle media inquiries professionally.
• Oversee the control and management of the store’s inventory system and stock
management.
