I have been working as a Freelance/Contract Business Analyst, in an international setting, for almost four (4) years. My forte is in the finance sector. These projects, in particular, are in Banking, Credits, Loans, Credit Cards, Accounting, Cooperatives, Investments, and other FinTech Solutions. In addition, I have experience in multiple projects outside FinTech, such as Healthcare, News & Media, Blogging, Social Media, Blogging, and Copywriting. 

My task as a Business Analyst mainly includes the following:

Requirements gathering from the clients;

Analyzing complex business processes;

Designing wireframes and mock-ups using Figma and Adobe XD (designers guide);

Verifications and approvals of designs and operations;

Guiding UI/UX Designers and Software Developers;

Creating technical specifications and documentation such as System Requirements Specification, User Manuals, Functional Designs, etc.;

Proofreading Technical Documents and User Manuals;

Additionally, I perform project management in parallel with business analysis. My task as a project manager are the following:

Managing developers and designers; 

Creating assignments on JIRA; 

Updating internal and external stakeholders of my assigned project; Negotiating changes to both clients and management that occur in the project.
