Jesley Palillo

I am an experienced IT Head and Systems Analyst with over 15 years of combined experience in information technology, software development, and business systems management. My career spans across various industries including finance, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and education, designing and leading end-to-end technology solutions tailored to real-world business needs.

From developing customized MIS, payroll, accounting, inventory, and hospital systems to managing entire IT departments, I bring both strategic vision and hands-on technical expertise. I’m proficient in tools such as .NET, COBOL, SQL Server, Informix, and have led projects that integrated financial systems and enterprise operations across multiple platforms.

In addition to my technical work, I’ve taught Computer Science and Business courses at the college level, and I’m near completion of my MBA equipping me with a strong understanding of both technology and business strategy. I’m passionate about creating solutions that are efficient, user-friendly, and scalable.
