I have a good command in English and basic knowledge in Arabic. Computer literate and proficient in using Microsoft Office applications. I was a Marketing Assistant for 1 year and an Administrative Assistant for 2 years in a Canadian company.
Overall, I provide support to our Business Development Projects and handling all communications related to it. I coordinate and maintain records of all staff supplies, accommodations, and confidential documents. I meet and greet our clients and visitors, I ascertain phone queries and transfers it to concerned staff. I also set up and coordinate conferences and meetings. I do all the administrative tasks including answering emails appropriately and acts accordingly.
