 Revision of master plan Planta Caribe.

 Creation and management of RFPs for project bids.

 Regional engineering support management.

 To provide information that allows the design and execution of projects.

 Search for best practices and propose replicable projects.

 Identify risks of assigned projects.

 Execute the actions defined in the planning of each project.

 Prepare bidding bases for the projects under its competence and collaborate

with other specialties as required.

 Prepare and update project progress reports.

 Prepare reports, minutes and presentations regarding assigned projects.

 Support and manage the preparation of bidding documents in a timely manner.

 Participate in activities with suppliers, consultants, auditors and companies

related to the projects under execution.

 Prepare and present a project management report, according to the schedule and guidelines provided.

 Enter, manage and follow up on agreements and/or contracts associated with your projects, ensuring financial commitment.

 Manage timely payment in accordance with the contractual conditions established in the agreements and/or contracts.

 Comply with established policies and procedures informed and delivered in a timely manner.

Ensure the implementation and execution of the plant-wide predictive maintenance and equipment reliability program.

 Provide visibility through a system of indicators and reports on the performance of the management of its specialty in the plant.

 Develop indicator improvement programs through RCA, RCM and other troubleshooting and analysis tools.

 Design and develop a preventive maintenance plan for all facilities and equipment.

 Comply with production schedules through compliance with preventive maintenance plans for that area that are scheduled in order to ensure the proper functioning of the machinery in that area.

 Provide service in cases of emergencies that arise in the machinery (corrective maintenance).

 Coordinate the workshop staff for the correct execution of the programs.

 Control the use of tools assigned to all mechanics.

 Preventive and corrective program budget management.

 Establish and enforce safety standards depending on the job.

 Ensure compliance with local legislation on maintenance issues according to regulated equipment.

 Responsible for the control of fixed assets in terms of machinery for the production process.

 Negotiation with production management of scheduled shutdowns for the correct execution of the preventive maintenance plan.

 Autonomous maintenance: Support the implementation of the plant's autonomous maintenance program in the production lines, ensuring the execution by the operators developed for this purpose, of the assigned preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

 Creation, definition and administration of the maintenance manual for each production line and auxiliary plant equipment.

 Implement basic continuous improvement systems:

 Execute the 5's and Kaizen programs according to the methodology of the

regional cultural transformation program (PeMM, Deep Dive, etc.).

 Ensure compliance with the personnel safety program:

 Full support to the MASS program with the development of self-directed teams,

training, workshops and follow-up on audit requirements for compliance with safety indexes.

Follow-up and advice to teams developing and implementing safe practices and conditions in the work area, developing key personnel who can lead the processes of implementation, training and deployment of safe practices and conditions.

 Accident investigation:

 Execute and follow up on accident investigations that need to be performed.

Ensuring compliance with the GEHSMS methodology and that all requirements

generated by the investigation are covered.

 Training, staff development and impact programs:

 Ensure the implementation of personnel training programs, development

towards safe practices and those follow-up or crash programs that increase

personnel awareness of safety issues.

 Maintenance cost management of all production lines and creation of annual

AOP budget.
