Having 1 year experience as Associates Operations Analyst, I’m doing a lot of task like creating SKU or Phone orders from US. Transferring data to excel file then create orders for the application provided by the client in purchasing department. I’m also doing email support for the sales agent or store manager in US like asking price match, refund and some error in item pricing in Operations Department. I’m also doing some marketing task like posting items, price and color checking. I do a lot of this task in MS Excel then transfer to their application.
