My background includes customer service, I've been with BPO industry for 4 years now and appointment setting with home based environment.

I had worked or Credit Card Company, Telecommunications and Retail account, we do placing orders, service recovery for orders, billing, and device troubleshooting. My experienced in a high pressured environment have taught me to focus and pay attention to details, calmed upset and angry customers, think out of the box, rapidly solved problems and of course flexibility in using different tools provided.

I’m currently employed with Allstate insurance during weekdays for almost 6 months as an appointment setter.

My duty includes making 300-500 calls a day to a private individuals to provide a quote about the said insurance, and it helped me to improve my skills, give me additional knowledge on how to up sell services to potential clients, and lastly I have learned some techniques on how to be efficient in note taking ability to simplify concept and apply them in a real world example.
