I started working as a General Transcriptionist in 2016, and in 2017, I was transferred as a chat/SMS/Email support for a recruiting role for a staffing agency in the US.

As a support, my candidates are applicants for various jobs but mostly warehouse job seekers. I prescreen them, review resumes, conduct interviews, and provide job descriptions.

Not just the candidates I am assisting, but also working candidates with issues about payroll. I also process callouts if they are unable to go to work, and escalating/forwarding other concerns to the appropriate department.
