I am a College Graduate of BSIT major in Automotive however, i started working in BPO industry since 2010 and ever since then, call center industry is the only source of income i've had. I have experience taking outbound and inbound calls. I started in Sutherland Global Services for 6 months as a Technical Support, then Alorica Philippines for 1 year and a half. After that i worked with West Contact Services for 3 years as a Customer Account Executive and lastly i worked with binary option company.
