I am 28 years old, married and with a 3-year-old son. I am a Tourism graduate. I graduated in 2012 and my first job is a ground stewardess for Cathay Pacific. After a few months, I was promoted as a Lounge Ambassadress and then a Flight Controller (equivalent to a Supervisor in the corporate world). Ever since I know I was born to help and give my best to my client and team. However, due to personal reasons, I had to resign and take over the family business (we have a rice farm in Nueva Ecija). I and my husband expanded the business and when all is good and stable, I asked my husband if I can go back to my 1st love, customer service. Since my son, was then 1 year old, the airport is no longer an option, instead, I applied as a customer representative agent for TaskUs, a BPO in the Philippines, there I was again, promoted as a Senior Representative. Though I love working there, I had to, once again resign as we prepare my son for his school. But customer service is screaming in my blood. I know what I want and I know where I can be happier. I am a hard worker, fun-loving, adventurer and consider every stress a challenge. I do hope that you give me the opportunity to share my strengths and share my experiences and prove my worth to you.
