I worked as a technical support representative for an American based internet service provider. I provide quality support for various issues with internet connections, anti-virus software, email setup and settings, general technical hardware support and sometimes setting up email clients for our customers. After I left the BPO industry, I worked as a virtual assistant in a Shopify-based company. I handled email support and fulfilling orders through Oberlo, and AliExpress.

I manage their social media accounts to help them engage with their customers. I do research on topics that the business would need to generate leads. I also do Wordpress management, Shopify, AliExpress, Oberlo, and order fulfillment as well.
I can type 60+wpm. I am familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Docs. I have excellent English communication skills. I am tech-savvy and a fast learner.
