I am an undergraduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in English. Ihave been working in the BPO industry for more than 8 years now. All of the campaigns I have handled involves providing excellent customer service to clients. I have experience in billing and collections, social media content moderation, ecommerce platform, claims processing and healthcare accounts. I also managed a team for more than a year which sharpened my supervisory skills, administrative skills and decision making skills.
