A little bit about me: I currently own and operate a small, neighborhood general store, and I am looking for a remote opportunity from my office which will occupy my ample free time. I enjoy working with and being a member of a successful team while appreciating an environment which values my autonomy and trusts me to make critical decisions. I specialize in Operations Management, but I am able and willing to do whatever is asked of me; if I don't know, I will learn, quickly.
What I can do for you: I will make your business run smoother by revising existing and creating new policy, streamlining current procedures, training coworkers on best-practices, reducing waste and increasing production. I will help grow your business by leveraging current resources to increase revenue and managing others to do the same, create and manage sales campaigns, writing and editing marketing materials (print and digital), and calling on existing clients for value added services and referrals. I will help you by recruiting and training the right supporting crew, giving professional counsel with the utmost candor and respect, and handling or delegating any administration necessary. What my experience means to you: I am able to increase revenue. As Operations Manager, I oversaw an increase in revenue of 36% in 2017 and 25% in 2018, respectively. I accomplished this through direct results and managing a staff. As Property Manager, I averaged 8% growth per year from 2010 to 2016.
I am able to recruit, manage, and coach. I have recruited and retained a team of service techs, five of whom stayed with the company for over a year, a vast improvement over past retention. In a very small company, two of my hires were promoted to management positions.
