"Hi, I'm Jeremiah Micah Agtagma, also known as Rain. I'm 28 years old and I have a diverse background in both the travel and IT industries. I spent over 5 years in the travel industry, working as a full-time Front Desk Officer at Infinite Green Pension and part-time Travel Consultant at SMB or Sarap Mag Biyahe Travel Guimba Branch. My responsibilities included managing online booking sites like Agoda and booking.com, creating weekly reports, assisting guests with check-in, conducting final room inspections, and handling inquiries from prospective guests through calls, texts, and chats.

In the IT industry, I gained experience as an IT Technician at a small BPO company in Guimba, Nueva Ecija. I'm known for my enthusiasm, diligence, flexibility, and attention to detail. I'm always eager to learn and enhance my skills, which I believe benefits any company I work for. My strength lies in technology, and I even assembled my first working computer system at the age of 16!
