Currently, I am leading and developing a team of 20-30 associates which I am responsible for the overall performance management evaluation and coordination of the team. I am also active in leading Site Level initiatives, primary owner of functional responsibilities that impact overall site: Engagement Activities is one of the examples. I am skilled as well in terms of identifying customer issues, building and implementing solutions to include process improvement which are relevant in achieving the network wide vision and goals of the company. Speaking of vision and goals, I am skilled at synthesizing and editing information to achieve overall objectives especially to improving business process as I am flexible and analytical with a keen eye for details with strong leadership and time management skills that is driven to create stellar work related results.
