Jera Jed Agdeppa

I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology. I have over 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting as an Ultrasound Technologist wherein my responsibilities include:

*Helping doctors and other health professionals diagnose patients' ailments.

*Prepares the exam room for examinations and assist Radiologists with ultrasound procedures and ultrasound-guided biopsies.

*Conducts scan tests and write reports based on the results.

The last and most recent role and experience I had was as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant and Medical Scribe for 5 months, dealing with Intake of new patients and referrals.

*Appointment setting — scheduling, managing cancelations, and sending reminders to patients.

*Calendar management — creating a schedule that includes appointments with patients as well as other commitments, such as meetings and events.

*and Transcribing / (live) scribing - writing out words heard on a patient's medical records audio file or during a real time actual consultation with the doctor.
