I am Jenn an all-around Virtual Assistant for an eCommerce for almost 4 years specializing in Zendesk, Shopify. I also handle any disputes and claims from PayPal or Stripes. And I am an aspiring Logistic Specialist (Order fulfillment, Inventory, and Shipping)

I excel in dealing with challenges head-on. Be it professionally or personally. I would always find a way to solve it the most efficient way I know how without suffering the others. Either I'll find a way or I'll make one. I always look at the positive side of every situation. I can translate that to how I handle myself professionally. I like to face the tasks assigned to me with a positive attitude that enables me to accomplish them at the required timeframe.
