I have been working since 2015 in the call center industry as a customer services associate and publishing service associate, exposed to different fields of Medical and Insurance, Travel, Publishing, Technical, and a little Sales. I would also not limit myself as one of your Customer Service Associates but I can be your All Rounder. I love and am open to learning new things and learning new skills for me to perform my task well and finish it on time.
In my 8 years of experience, I have gained knowledge on how to deal with different types of customers and can-do multi-tasking. I am well-trained in handling calls, sending emails to do follow-ups, managing my time to cater to all the tasks given to me, and providing customer satisfaction and I am used to working with less supervision.
I am open to learning other tools that can make my role as a Customer Service Representative more effective and help you achieve your goals. I believe that being a CSR plays a vital role in the company’s success as we serve as the backbone of the entire business. Without nurturing, and following up with clients and internal processes, it wouldn’t work and the company won’t succeed. That is my main goal and top priority, to help you succeed.
