Hi there! I'm Jenny R. Encarnacion, a dedicated and aspiring general virtual assistant from the Philippines. Although I may not have direct VA experience yet, I bring with me nearly 8 years of working remotely as an ESL teacher and a solid background in administrative support.
Over the years, I’ve taught students from different parts of the world, not just helping them improve their English but also developing strong communication skills, patience, and adaptability. I’m comfortable working with different tools like Google Docs, Zoom, and other platforms that help keep online tasks running smoothly.
Before entering the ESL industry, I worked as a management trainee in a local department store, where I learned how to deal with customers, manage inventory, and support daily operations. I also worked as an administrative assistant in a local office in 2017, where I was in charge of organizing files, preparing reports, and managing schedules. These experiences helped me become more organized and detail-oriented and taught me the value of being reliable and proactive.
Recently, I completed a virtual assistant course where I learned how to create graphics using Canva, write simple captions, and understand how Facebook and Instagram platforms work. I’m currently building my portfolio, and I’m excited to apply these skills to real projects soon.
I’m passionate about helping others, whether it’s through admin tasks, customer support, or even basic content creation. I’m also very open and willing to learn new roles, including cold calling or other areas where I can grow as a freelancer. I may be starting fresh in this field, but I’m confident that with the right guidance and tools, I can become a valuable part of any team.
If you’re looking for someone dependable, quick to learn, and genuinely committed to delivering quality work, I’d love to be considered. Thank you for taking the time to read my story. I’m excited about possibly working with you and supporting your business.
