I started working in one of the BPO office in Pampanga and after 3 years I moved to one of the biggest BPO office in Manila as a Customer Service representative in a TeleCom account. I decided to start my home-based career when I got pregnant, and luckily I was hired by a company who is running a TeleCom account. Red Pocket, Mobile is a TeleCom account who caters the 4 major network in the US which are AT&T, T-Mob, Verizon and Sprint. I started as a Customer Service rep (June 24, 2013) and after a few months I was transferred to email support and HD support, then was promoted as a Customer Service Manager. My responsibility was Managing Customer Service Reps, listening to their calls, doing Customer Service Support, HD, Answer Email, Answering chats, Answer FB inquiries and doing some reports the usual manager task. Some things are not meant forever, even though you love what you are doing, I resigned December 20, 2017 because I put up a business however the business did not come out as planned. I started job hunting again online and eyed this sales account (PurewayHealth.com) and luckily was hired January 25,2018. I can say that I have a hidden talent in sales because I constantly meeting my quota, and until today, I'm still working with them for 6 hours a day.
