I understand that my experience in this field may not yet be extensive, but I see it as a strong foundation and an important stepping stone to further develop my skills. In my previous role as an office staff, I was responsible for making follow-up calls regarding accounts receivable, collections, and past-due invoices. While this may not seem like much, it has given me valuable communication and organizational skills.
Additionally, as a former Frontline Associate and Teller, I gained experience in answering client inquiries, providing accurate information, assisting customers with account concerns, and resolving issues or discrepancies.
