I am answering inbound and outbound calls I also answering inquiries via emails. and most important I know how to deal with different customers and give them an efficient service.

And, I have some background skills when it comes to E-commerce business, I used to work as a Sales Marketing on Facebook where in we sell electronic cigarettes online to promote and get some customers.

Aside from that, I have background skills in removing background images on my small online business and also I'm the one who edited my shop logo, products, and photos to gain more customers to visit and follow my shop.

I love to explore more things to learn and grow as an individual and always looking for other opportunities.
