Over the years, I have worked remotely in diverse industries such as neurology clinics, health insurance, retirement plan services and logistics. In my recent roles, I have been responsible for patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, rescheduling, and filling cancellations to ensure smooth clinic operations. I’ve handled insurance verification, prior authorizations, claims processing, and provided benefits support to patients and healthcare providers. I also have experience assisting retirement plan participants with inquiries about contributions, investments, taxes, and fraud reporting. Additionally, I’ve worked in logistics customer service, managing escalations, tracking shipments, and processing claims. My familiarity with tools such as eClinicalWorks, Vonage Business, MS Teams, Genesys, and Avaya allows me to quickly adapt to different technologies and systems.

Being bilingual in English and Spanish is a key strength I bring to every role. My journey to becoming Spanish bilingual started with a genuine passion for connecting with people from different backgrounds and cultures. I invested time and effort to learn the language, practicing regularly and immersing myself in Spanish-speaking environments. This skill has enabled me to better serve a wider range of clients and work effectively in multicultural teams.
