I am Jenny Caye C. Cabuso, with 8yrs worth of experience working with one of the largest BPO company in the Philippines, Qualfon Philippines Inc. I was a customer service representative for almost 4yrs, which I am trained to use different tools to resolve customer’s concern. I was promoted as Quality Assurance Analyst for 3yrs and then promoted as an Operations Supervisor. As an Assurance Analyst, I monitor calls and ensure that correct process is being followed and excellent customer service is provided to our customer. Being an Operations Supervisor, I have to ensure that KPI’s is being met and client’s needs is being delivered accordingly. I can definitely work under pressure and ready for new learnings that my new company will give me.
