ATTENDANCE AND PUNCTUALITY ADHERENCE POLICY
1. Attendance adherence is part of the KPIs of all the members of the MMA Support Team
2. All are expected to be clocked in in Monday at the specific work hours required.
3. If you are sick or have an emergency situation that you need to attend to, all Support team members must inform the Support Manager via text the reason and the estimated time the Support Asst. will log in, an hour before shift if you’re sick or immediately during emergency cases.
4. The Support Manager will log the tardiness in the Attendance Adherence Tracker
5. In case of emergency leave, bereavement leave, and incidental leaves, the Support Admin. Specialist. must inform the Support Manager.
6. No Call No Show is a major offense that will have a toll on the performance rating of a Support Asst.
7. Attendance adherence will be tallied by the Support Manager in the Attendance Registry and will be submitted to Ricky weekly.
Rule of thumb – if you will be late, text the Support Manager, if you cannot work, text the Support Manager an hour before shift.
